Define the workload
Record expected file sizes, daily and peak volume, concurrency, required formats, and whether work can be asynchronous.
Define the trust boundary
Document authentication, data regions, deletion windows, Provider subprocessors, audit fields, and who may retrieve results.
Run a bounded validation
Use representative non-sensitive fixtures and measurable success criteria before discussing production migration or commercial commitments.
